1. Digital Product Notice

All eSIMs are digital products delivered electronically via email.

Once an eSIM QR code has been issued, it is considered delivered and partially used, and standard refunds may not apply.


2. Eligible Refund Cases

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The eSIM cannot be installed due to a system error
  • The eSIM does not work in the supported destination
  • Network connectivity fails due to provider issues

👉 In such cases, we will:

  • Offer a replacement eSIM
  • Or provide a full or partial refund if unresolved

✅ Non-Delivery

  • You did not receive your eSIM QR code after purchase

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The device is not eSIM compatible
  • The device is carrier locked
  • The user entered incorrect email or personal details
  • The eSIM has been successfully installed and used
  • The user changed their mind after purchase
  • Poor network performance due to local coverage limitations

4. Installation Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring their device supports eSIM
  • Following installation instructions correctly
  • Installing the eSIM using a stable internet connection

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:
